Additional persons will be charged at a rate of $20.00 per person, per night. All room rates are subject to any local, state and federal tax that may apply at the time of occupancy. This rate will be honored until October 3, 2009 or until rooms are committed, whichever may occur first. After this date requests may be made but such rooms are subject to the Sheraton Baltimore City Center Hotel’s availability at prevailing room rates.

Be sure to give dates and group name, AANAC, for discounted rate.

(An early departure fee of $75 will be charged to guests who check out prior to their reserved checkout date.)

AANAC urges all conference attendees to secure your hotel reservations at AANAC’s host hotel (Sheraton Baltimore City Center Hotel). The hotel has been contracted to provide the best rate and services to our conference attendees. In order to reserve the required meeting rooms, AANAC has a contractual obligation to fill our sleeping room block. AANAC risks defaulting on our obligation if reservations are made at a different hotel. This will translate into AANAC paying higher costs (penalties) to the hotel. Should this occur, AANAC will likely be forced to increase our conference registration fees for future conferences.

Parking

Parking fees are $40+tax for overnight valet and $30+tax for self-parking per day. There are other parking facilities around the hotel which are more cost effective, namely Edison Parking which is located across the street in front of the hotel - daily parking is about $18.00 a day.
