4. Individuals wishing to register after October 11, 2010 may do so at the conference registration desk onsite at the Sheraton Baltimore City Center Hotel.



What's Included

The preconference certification course registrations include breakfast, lunch, breaks and handouts for each course. The other pre-conference course and the conference registration fees include breakfast, lunch and breaks each day.

AANAC Membership

You must be an AANAC member at the time of the conference to take advantage of the member discount rate. Membership is non-transferable; it is based on the person, not the organization. Replacements for conference attendance must be an AANAC member at the time of the conference. You may join AANAC at the time of registration by submitting the membership and registration fee along with our registration form. Both payments must accompany your registration form.

Continuing Education Credits

AANAC is approved as a provider of continuing education in nursing by the Colorado Nurses Association, which is accredited as an approver of continuing education in nursing by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. The two-day conference provides up to a total of 12 CEs for nurses.

AANAC works in conjunction with NAB (National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards) to provide nursing home administrators continuing education. We suggest that you check the AANAC website periodically for updates as to which courses have been approved for NAB credit.

Though a course/workshop has been submitted to NAB for approval, AANAC cannot guarantee that it will be approved for NAB credit.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AANAC office via email to info@aanac.org or faxed to 303.758.3588. Cancellations received before September 29, 2010 are subject to a $50 administrative fee. If cancellations are received between September 29 and October 6, 2010, a 50% refund will be granted. Cancellations received after October 6, 2010, are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future conference. This policy will be strictly enforced.

Transfers

All transfers must be submitted in writing to the AANAC office via email to info@aanac.org or faxed to 303.758.3588. Transfers include any substantial registration change, such as changing pre-conference workshops or transferring registration to another party. Transfers received after September 29, 2010 are subject to a $50 administrative fee.

Educational Session Changes

The final agenda and educational offerings are subject to revision. Please consult your Conference Program distributed at the Fall Education Forum for actual sessions and schedules, or visit our website at aanac.org/fallforum2010 for updates to the schedule.
