Las Vegas Hilton Reservations

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Rate Change: The AANAC room rate is now $99 per night, plus Clark County Room Tax, which is currently twelve percent (12%). To make reservations call 1-800-635-7711 between 6:00 am to 11:00 pm daily; or click here. Reservations must be made on or before April 4, 2010 in order to be eligible for the $99 room rate. Be sure to give dates and group name, AANAC, for discounted rate. AANAC urges all conference attendees to secure your hotel reservations at AANAC’s host hotel (The Las Vegas Hilton). The hotel has been contracted to provide the best rate and services to our conference attendees. In order to reserve the required meeting rooms, AANAC has a contractual obligation to fill our sleeping room block. AANAC risks defaulting on our obligation to the Hilton if reservations are made at a different hotel. This will translate into AANAC paying higher costs (penalties) to the hotel. Should this occur, AANAC will likely be forced to increase our conference registration fees for future conferences.

PARKING

Parking is complimentary.

TRANSPORTATION FROM McCarran International Airport

A cab from the airport to the hotel will cost about $15.00 for up to four people.
